People who are blind or vision impaired can contact our call centre (details below) for any information on WYD08. Members of the WYD08 Registration will be delighted to assist you with your registration. The Registration for WYD08 needs to be completed online at www.wyd2008.org. Please contact the Registration team on (+61) 1300 993 793 for any assistance required. If you are a blind or vision impaired person, whether you are traveling on your own or assisted by a guide dog or carer, you are eligible to access the Disability Needs Area at the major events* and Youth Festival venues. If you wish to be allocated to the Disability Needs Area, please let us know through the call centre or on disability@wyd2008.org. If travelling with your group, you may wish to stay with your group. Guide dogs must obtain a Permit to import, as well as the required laboratory reports and veterinary certificates prior to travel.
